Issued between 1957-60, this is a fine and all original example in vibrant metallic mid-blue with flat spun wheels and a black painted baseplate. Working fly wheel motor. Looks unused and typical of the high quality of the items from this Corgi collection!
Upon the closest inspection, there are a couple of small light scratches at one side of the roof (minor). None of the expected rubbing at raised body lines and no chips at the bumpers. What a display piece!
The early powder blue box is quite bright, and is complete with all end flaps intact. Minor grubbiness and a little rubbing at edges. Sticky mark on the box underside. Complete with the colour promotional booklet!
Not an easy find in this condition.
