Notes
1st issue (1955-57) in deep orange-red finish with a light tan roof, and plated convex hubs, bright white original tyres which run smoothly. Bright baseplate, correct with no towing eye, found only in later issues. This impressive car presents so well with a gleaming and distinctive paint finish:
So tempted to call this model mint. It seems harsh to down-grade for the couple of small rubs at the front over-riders.
The scarce plain yellow box is complete, clean and bright with all end flaps intact and tear-free.
A couple of minor marks only.
One for the Dinky connoisseur!
