Notes
An early example – made during one year only – 1948! A sound and complete example with a bright paint finish in the early correct buff box. Some moderate wear to the model with some chipping mostly at edges, sides etc. and one chip on the cab roof probably as a result of raised casting.
The box is bright and sound a complete paper label and no graffiti. Note the factory stamp ‘R’ on the box denoting the colour of the model inside the box. Some of the usual grubbiness and generally light wear.
A very difficult model to find in any condition!
