This Dinky commercial vehicle was issued during 1953, in mid (French) blue (not violet or light blue) with a red flatbed, paler blue, grooved Supertoy wheels.

Supertoys on the bright base, large painted hook, rear axles in cast lugs:

Upon close inspection, one may find the occasional little mark at wheel arches, back edge of cab roof.
The clean and split-free blue box has a complete picture label. Some sunfading at one side of the box and also the paper label.
