Re-numbered from 30J in 1954, this transition issue in lustrous mid-brown is a rare find indeed! The first we have ever offered for sale.
An appealing shade of mid-brown with a fine sheen to the paint finish, this model has a few careful touch-ins to the paint finish on the cab roof and at some exposed points. No sun fading at all -this model has lost none of its original lustre. Bright baseplate and metal parts too.
Complete and intact original radiator and headlight assembly with original detailing. The tyres look as-new!
The dual-numbered pictorial box is complete with all end flaps and no tears.
Dark blue colour spot at the end flaps has an over-stuck brown colour spot. Minor handling wear only and a pencilled shopkeeper’s price at an end flap. Couple of grubby marks.
Very few Dinky collections can boast one of these!
