This most attractive Dinky commercial truck was issued in several different colour finishes between 1956-59, renumbered from 532 and 932.
This particular version has an all original vivid green cab and chassis, bright orange back with working, intact hinged tailboard, and paler green grooved wheels.
Very bright baseplate with spare wheel in place. Correct for this box, this model has ‘Dinky Toys’ and not ‘Supertoys’ cast into the chassis, as well as 418 cast into the orange back underneath.
This fine Dinky truck has had careful handling and has been well stored, maintaining a fine lustre to the finish. No chips – so unused!
The blue and yellow box is bright, generally clean and complete with both the correct colour spot and the ‘LF’ (lead free) label at one end of the box lid. No splits, sunfading or graffiti. Added bonus – this item comes with its little packing card piece which fits behind the cab and is so often discarded!
