Issued between 1954-62, this classic Dinky Fire Engine comes straight from the private Cambridge collection we are selling.
A transition issue (re-numbered to 250 during 1954),since it has a red painted tinplate ladder, brass bell, black ridged wheels, crimped axles, tinplate base.


The occasional little mark only, this example looks like it has rarely been out of its box! Slight wear to the paint finish on the base in one area.
The card pictorial box is complete with bright colours. A repair to one end flap with tape.
A classic Dinky with simple pleasing lines and fine original silver detailing.
