Notes
Produced between 1961-69, this Bedford Miles Fire Truck has a shining, vivid red original paint finish, perfect detailed Fire Brigade crests on both sides, red plastic wheels, complete with bright ladder and bell. Matte baseplate. Superdetailing – black edged wheel arches and front bumper, lights at the side of the bell picked out in blue. Just a couple of minor marks to the paint finish – very close to mint:
Pictorial lift off lid box is actually intended for a simlar model, namely 276 Airport Fire Tender. Excellent condition with bright colours, no splits or graffiti. None of the usual rubbing at edges. Small area of surface removal on the underside of the box base (where a price label was carelessly removed). Packing ring included too.
