Notes
A fine, all original 1st issue example made between 1947-48 in this rare khaki and black finish with green wheels. No triangular lugs next to the number plate, early ridged wheels, and rear axle fixed by tin clips. Small unpainted hook.
Just the occasional little mark to the paint finish which barely detracts. Bright axles and spare wheel fixing, although spare tyre is rather cracked now.
The correct early buff box with picture label is complete, bright and sound. Nice bright colours to the paper label. Small puncture in the lid.
The best example we have offered for sale – this is a little piece of Dinky history from 1947!
