This classic Dinky truck was issued for some sixteen years in total (1964-72), this being an early issue with a bright green cab, grey back and red plastic hubs. Red interior. Presented in the attractive colourful pictorial box. Model has a few little chips at exposed egdes, but both ‘REFUSE WAGON’ labels are present (one somewhat sunfaded), as well as the chevron label at the rear. Perfect crest transfers on both sides. All delicate rear opening shutters are intact.
Two plastic bins are nowhere to be seen but curiously, the lids are still present!
The pictorial lift-off lid box has vibrant colours. Attractive backdrop for the truck when on display! Repaired seam and a small area of surface loss where a price label has been removed. Card packing piece is included too.
