Notes
An outstanding example of this classic Dinky model! With a virtualy flawless bright violet blue cab and chassis, orange back, and lighter blue, grooved Supertoy hubs. In all original condition, this model has had minimal careful handling, so losing none of its vibrancy. Beautiful display piece!
Bright baseplate too (minor rust at spare wheel fixing):
1st type cab issue with 513 stamped on the base.
It is hard to downgrade this model from mint due to a little casting roughness at a bed edge which has caused a small flake of paint, and a couple of minute marks at the cab towards the base. Temptation to call this model mint nearly overpowered us!
The yellow picture box is bright and complete with no splits at the corners.
Correct blue spot at one end of the lid. Usual rubbing at corners and some dabs of blue ink on the base at some of the rubbed areas that are nearly always present due to shelf wear. Bright staples.
