Notes
A detailed and impressive fire engine from Corgi’s Major Pack range. This articulated fire truck is complete with all six firemen and all sections of the telescopic ladder, jewelled headlights, aerial and perfect “American La France” transfers. Certainly, this model has never been played with. A couple of tiny marks only (probably as-made) that you really have to search for. Complete with all delicate parts intact including the wing mirrors! Detailed cast wheels. Rotating turntable and detachable tractor unit.

It comes complete with the usually missing instruction leaflet and small card packing ring.

The large cellophane-fronted window box has suffered some damage during storage, since there is a tear in the original cellophane, and a little tear to the box inner (due to movement of the truck in the box). Minor wear and tear at end flaps. This model was available mail order at the time – so the mail order sticker with mail order number printed is still present at an end flap. Also, since it was sent mail order, this example has an outer card packing sleeve, complete with the Corgi number 1143 embossed.
