Corgi Toys C2062/1 Revolving Display Stand

Notes

This wonderful Corgi shopkeeper’s revolving display stand has day-one fresh colours in Corgi blue and yellow and is an eye-catching sight, especially filled with 1960’s Corgi Toys. This stand measures approx 84cms x 45cms. Composed of wood and perspex with metal fixings, this is such an attractive display piece from the mid 1960’s and will hold 64 cars.

Examining this stand closely, we can see that three of the white perspex compartments have minor wear and some of the metal fixings are tarnished now.
The stand revolves well and the overall impression is most presentable.

There is some paint finish wear to the edges of the blue base mostly. Looking at the compartments, one can see there is some residue from the original labels that could be applied. The metal top fixings are tarnished now unsurprisingly.
The CORGI TOYS labels are mostly clear and unrubbed. NEW MODEL labels are unrubbed. The white plastic compartments are for the most part intact (occasional little split/minor discolouration, one very small section missing). Couple of light scratches to the clear plastic covering.
The bright yellow signs at the top of the stand look almost like new and it is nice to see that the yellow top cap is still present.
