A difficult find, this Empire Flying Boat* has an original silver finish with CAMBRIA lettering at the sides of the fuselage. All parts complete and intact. G-A DUV lettering. REd roller. Excellent plus honest condition with chipping in places and minor marking to the lettering.
Issued 1937-40.
Not often seen in this rectangular-shaped lift-off lidded box with an appealing deep powder blue shade.
Presents well. Condition belies its age. With ‘CAMBRIA’ label. Fine, complete and clean card inner with printed detail. Note that the inside of the lid has this label too:
