Notes
First issued as 14A between 1948-54, before its renumbering to 400. A more difficult find in this* deep blue finish*. With its simple lines and familiar pale brown Dinky figure, it is equally at home in a railway or Dinky model ‘scene’.
An appealing item with a rich lustre to the finish, Bright metal parts and smooth original tyres (well-shaped). Little marking.
This early issue would have been supplied from a shopkeeper’s trade box, so not individually boxed.
