An original example of this classic Dinky Supertoy which was renumbered 971 in 1954.
This is the version that does not have ’COLES lettering or indeed the chevron markings at the rear*. Deep yellow and matt black, with yellow grooved Supertoy wheels. With tan driver. Shiny winding handle cuffs.
The model is in virtually mint condition. Original grey radial tyres are well-shaped.
The striped Dinky Supertoys box (with upright print) has minor wear. Original packing insert* is still present. Dinky Quality Control Tag too!
