Issued during 1969, this is an early Routemaster Bus with all the nice details not present in the later issues. Promotional ’Church’s Shoes’ transfers are virtually complete – complete on both sides:
Suspension is fine on shaped spun wheels.
Very close to mint.
Vibrant and gleaming paint finish.
The colourfully illustrated card picture box is fresh, clean and complete. Very light wear. Remains of old tape which kept one set of end flaps closed. Shopkeeper/original owner (we assume) has neatly penned SPECIAL on both end flaps.
