First issued during 1956, this coach has a deepest blue paint finish with a crisp white roof. ‘BRITISH OVERSEAS AIRWAYS CORPORATION’ lettering is complete on both sides (faintest rubbing on one side). The BOAC lettering in yellow as well as the distinctive gold Speedbird emblem is virtually complete – complete. Shiny base, blue cast wheels and the smooth original tyres are well-shaped.
Occasional minor mark to the paint finish.
The picture box is very bright, fresh and complete. Crisp feel. Very close to old shop stock quality.
