Corgi Toys 339 1967 Monte Carlo Winner B.M.C. Mini Cooper 'S'

A most attractive Corgi rally car – this Morris version has an original bright red finish, white roof, racing number 177, cast detailed hubs with suspension. Fine original treaded tyres. Six jewelled headlights/spotlights (note that Morris Mini models have larger headlights – compared to the Morris issues, other casting differences too). Unusual transition issue with Morris grille, cast wheels but early transfers (more often this later version would have racing number labels not transfers). Transfer is complete on one side , virtually complete on the other (due tpo position the later has tiny loss at the door hinges).
This model has six jewelled headlights/spotlights, two spare wheels in the intact chrome roof rack, and complete detailed “Monte Carlo” label/transfer. Complete front and rear number plates:

The bright complete picture box has a little age/handling wear. No tears. Original price at an end flap has been scribbled over at some time.
