Dinky Toys 697 25-Pounder Field Gun Set

Notes

This three-part military Gift Set comprises:

1) Dinky 688 Field Artillery Tractor, with spare wheel and tow hook. Military green finish, untarnished baseplate. Squadron markings. Several small marks to the paint finish.

2) Dinky 687 Trailer or Limber. Close to mint with light marking at some exposed edges.

3) *Dinky 686 25-Pounder Field Gun. Very close to mint except for tow ring marking.

All housed in a strongly-coloured, early lift-off lid display box. Remains of the original tape which kept the lid closed. Small area of surface loss whre a piece of tape has been removed at some time.
Plinth has light marking from the models.
Card packing piece.
