Dinky Supertoys 502 Foden Flat Truck

Part of a one owner from new collection just in; the owner of these fine Dinky commercials was born in Wimbledon London, in 1937. Removed from the attic recently after storage for over 50 years.
This rare colour version was issued from 1948. 1st type has a distinctive burnt orange finish, bright mid-green back and flash, matching early ridged wheels and fine tread black radial tyres(well-shaped). 20 mph transfer is still in place.
Early example with tank slits and no chain post bosses on the underside.
In original condition throughout with no retouching.

Shiny metal parts generally (light ‘spidering’ to base).
Two chips to can roof edge and a little marking besides.
The mid-blue picture box shows the first type cab variation. Complete bright paper label. Minor wear and a little scribble to one short lid end.
