One of the most sought-after Corgi rally models! Sponsored by the Sun Newspaper in 1966, this RAC Rally Mini Car has a gleaming all original red and white finish, with distinctive detailed transfers. Suspension on shaped spun wheels, jewelled head and spot lights. Close to mint paint finish, although more marking on the base. Well-shaped original tyres.
Occasional delicate transfer nick and a few little marks to the paint finish at vulnerable edges mostly.
This rally car comes in the correct over-flashed box which has been opened (correctly) at one end only (so no slit to the over-flash label). The over-sticker is complete and bright, with no ruffling at the end of the sticker either.
Card is rather worn and grubby now but no tears or repairs.
