Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A very close to mint example finished in this eye-catching deep non-metallic red, with original silver details, original driver, and remains of the steering wheel. One-piece tyres/wheels. Dark blue plastic driver.
Very nearly complete – complete racing numbers are most-eye-catching in a shiny ‘chrome’ (foil) colour finish with bold ‘35’ numbering in black. Please note that the racing numbers are truly reflective, although the images may not quite show this.
Black base has the lettering ‘JAGUAR TYPE D’ visible, as well as the product number.
The colourful correct box (ATAMCO P LTD. Calcutta) is complete and bright. A little of the usual wear that plague these comparatively flimsy boxes includes a small puncture which has pressed back into place.
