Issued during 1953-54, this Double-Decker Bus has a glossy red finish, with a cream mid-line, most attractive colourful advertisements for ‘FROG FLYING MODELS’ and ‘PEDIGREE PRAMS’ models at the sides. Very near-complete transfer at the rear . ‘Putney’ destination with registration LBL 174.
Working clockwork function. Seating. Red plastic wheels. Smooth original black tyres are well-shaped. Shiny radiator and headlight assembly.
A wonderful display piece!
Barely a mark – although there are a couple of small retouches visible upon closest inspection.
Colourful and complete end flap style card box has a couple of end flap repairs. With original Minic Key.
