Spot-on Models 273 Security Van
Commer Security Van (Money Box) by Spot-on Models. With Instruction Leaflet & additional figure. Very near mint/boxed. QDT starting bid £350. Please note that QDT apply 12.5% buyer's commission.
Notes
Issued during 1965, this Commer Security Van/Money Box has a lustrous deep green finish with complete ‘Security Express Limited’ lettering & logo on both sides.
Bright chrome (tiniest rubbing to the front caused by contact with the inner). Complete number plates at the rear (very near complete at the front).
Peeping through the rear opening doors, one can see the seated security guard and interior yellow plastic fittings. Reluctant to open the rear doors, since by doing this the intact yellow hinges can easily break.
The large window box has bright colours and original cellophane front (re-attached at some time since the glue can easily dry out). Bright yellow card insert is intact and complete. With original fittings which secure the van to the inner.
Outer box has very light wear.
Original Instruction Leaflet is included as well as an additional spare driver figure.
