Notes

Early examples from 1948-49 with open wheel arches with condition ranging from near mint plus – very near mint:

1) 3 x fawn finish with matching wheels, small baseplate print with rails and the rear axle is secured by means of a tinplate clip.

2) 3 x fawn finish with matching wheels, small baseplate print with rails. Transition issue with rear axle retained with baseplate tabs (also used for the second issue with closed spats).
