Notes
This post-war issue Double-Decker Bus has a glossy red, cream and black finish, with virtually complete- complete’BOVRIL’ and ‘OVALTINE’ advertisements on both sides. Very nearly complete ‘BISTO’ logo transfer at the rear. Front destination board has a few tiny nicks. ‘Mitcham’ destination at the rear is complete. Registration LBL 174.
Working clockwork function. Seating. Shiny wheels. Smooth original black tyres are well-shaped. Shiny radiator and headlight assembly.
Barely a mark to the paint finish.
The card box is notably complete with all end flaps and bright illustrations. A little of the expected age and handling wear/staining. period price and the letter ‘R’ denoting colour of model at an end flap. With Minic Key.
