Notes
This collection represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.
Measuring approx. 11 cms, this tinplate Bus has a functioning clockwork motor & ‘Stop-Go-Ring’ feature. With largely unmarked delightful lithography on both sides, this early tinplate bus has seen little handling/use. One-piece black plastic wheels/tyres detail.
Complete with the charming card box which could also be used (as the illustration suggests) as its own garage! Light wear (end flap edge ruffling etc).
With period key.
