This is the later issue (1968-73) in the scarce late issue picture box.
The Hillman Imp model has a slightly lighter metallic blue finish with a pale blue-green interior, jewelled lights and a silver baseplate.
Very close to mint condition.
For comparison only, please take a look at this model pictured on the right when placed alongside another version from this collection with a slightly deeper metallic blue finish and a vivid blue interior.
Complete, correct late issue picture box (with white background) has light wear.
