A very fine example of this Dinky commercial vehicle in mid (French) blue (not violet or light blue) with a red flatbed, paler blue, grooved Supertoy wheels.

Supertoys on the base, large painted hook, rear axles in cast lugs:

Upon the most careful inspection, one finds it extremely difficult to find the slightest mark – most toys fail under this kind of close scrutiny.

After much searching, one may see the tiniest micro-dot, but we are really tempted to call this model mint. This is surely one of the best surving all-original examples. Delighted to have this one – if only for a brief time!

The colourful and bright striped picture box is a fitting partner with only the most minor age wear.
