Two-tone blue tinplate Promotional Bus for the Scottish Bus Operator ‘W. Alexander & Sons Ltd.’, circa late 1940’s. Back in the day , this company was the largest bus and coach builder in Scotland.
‘PRIVATE’ destination board.
This promotional issued was released in very limited numbers and is a First for QDT.
Measures approx 19cms. long.
With balloon style one-piece tin wheels and a working clockwork motor with key.
Very light wear only. A precious find.
