This collection represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.
This clockwork Guy Van ‘LYONS ICE CREAM’ from Chad Valley ‘WEE-KIN’ range measures approx. 10.5cms and has a deep blue finish, silver trim and grey metal wheels. Smooth black tyres are well-shaped with ‘DUNLOP’ embossed.
Working clockwork motor.
Transfers are very nearly perfect. Paint finish has a several small touch-ins.
Colourful and complete blue picture box is crisp and complete. A little age/handling wear includes a small sear tear and a little seam tape repair. With Quality Control Slip!
