Notes

In outstanding condition, this rare colour version was issued from 1948. 1st type has a distinctive burnt orange finish, bright mid-green back and flash, early issue with light green ridged wheels and fine tread black radial tyres(well-shaped). 20 mph transfer is still in place.
Early example without tank slits and no chain post bosses on the underside.
Shiny metal parts, including axle ends. Glossy paint finish presents so well.
Couple of minor marks that are easily overlooked.
The early buff picture box is sturdy and crisp, looking rarely handled. Box shows the first type cab variation. Complete bright paper label. Correct colour spot. Rusty staples and a period note on one side of the lid.
