Spot-on Models 116 Caterpillar Tractor Bulldozer
Caterpillar Tractor Bulldozer by Spot-on Models, No. 116. Scarce - and a First for QDT! Near mint plus/boxed. Both packing pieces, brochure and original cord. From a single owner from new collection. Starting bid £450. Please note that QDT apply 12.5% buyer's commission.
Notes
Issued during 1959, this is a scarce and all-original, one owner from new Caterpillar Tractor Bulldozer, finished in bright yellow and silver with intact plaint tracks and original cord (so often missing).
The fragile transfers are complete save for one at the side which has a little loss.
Close to mint condition.
Tiny marking which barely detracts.
Bright, fresh and clean sturdy lift-off lid box presents well.
Small area of surface loss on one side of the box base. Part-puncture on one side of the lower half of the box.
Nice to see both packing pieces are still present, along with the promotional brochure.
