Issued between 1958-59 only, we are pleased to offer for sale the most sought-after Big Bedford advertising lorry! This fine model has a vibrant cherry red cab and chassis and a bright yellow back. More commonly found with the ‘Bean Can’ transfers, this scarce version has the all-important ‘Sauce Bottle’ transfers in virtually mint condition on both sides:

Some chipping at the places you would expect i.e. at a few edges and high points.

There is a trace of rubbing due to box contact on the roof of the back.

Opening rear doors are complete and intact, opening and closing smoothly.
The attractive and correctly-pictured Supertoy box is in excellent condition; very bright, with shiny staples and no splits.

A little scuff at a corner and minor handling wear besides. Shopkeeper’s neatly penned price of 7/6 at one end.
An especially difficult model to find in any condition, with mint/boxed prices having seen some very healthy price increases over the past couple of years.
