Issued between 1952-53, this early issue model has a bright and original mid-blue and deep yellow finish with ‘steps’ at the side of the base. Brass winding handle works the crane hoist.
Very fine example.
Model has a couple of near-unavoidable marks where the jib rests when upright and minor marking in one small area.
The attractive deep blue box with a complete picture label impresses with its vibrant fresh colours and complete paper label. Minor storage grubbiness.
Notable that this item comes complete with its packing card piece and the original Quality Control Tag.
Makes a very nice package indeed!
