Notes
Delightful old shop stock item with 3 of the remaining original glistening silver Speed of The Wind Racers inside!
Obviously an unsold shop item, this is not a later made up set. Each model has barely been handled, so retaining its day-one fresh, unrubbed silver finish, with light brown driver detail, red cast wheels, grey radial tyres and shiny rivetted informative base with 23E stamped. In virtually mint condition.
The deep yellow Trade Box is complete with the original dividers. Remnants of old tape on the two long sides of the box lid and on the base. No surface removal. Light age wear/grubbiness. Dinky stamp on the box base dates this set from March 156.
A scarce find, especially in this authentic condition.
