First issue in cream with a red interior, issued between 1962-67. Very similar to Corgi 253 – but unlike 253, note that this issue (correctly) has no quarterlight window.
Spare wheel stowed in the boot.
Intact bonnet emblem and suspension on shaped spun wheels. Fine original tyres.
Few mere dots to the paint.
The box is complete, fresh and bright. Crisp, rarely handled feel. Penned writing on the inside surface of a large end flap( date 9/2/62). Corgi Club Membership Form.
