Notes

A rare colour version, this model was issued from 1952-54. 2nd type has a distinctive burnt orange finish, mid-green back, matching Supertoy wheels and fine tread original grey radial tyres. Tank slits and chain post bosses. Shiny and fresh paint finish so this example displays extremely well.
20 mph transfer is still in place. Shiny metal parts including axle ends. Well-shaped original tyres including the spare.

Critical scrutiny will find a couple of tiny retouches.
The deep blue picture box shows the second type cab variation. It has bright colours throughout, and no splits. Paper label is complete. A little age/storage wear. Export issue – note the almost complete ‘Hudson Dobson’ label at one lid side. Card packing piece.
