This collection represents a lifelong deep appreciation of Dinky Toys, Britains models, Minic models and more primarily from the 1940’s & 50’s. All British made diecast and tinplate models. Proceeds going to charities close to his heart.We are especially thrilled to bring to market this fine Mechanical Horse & Pantechnicon ‘CARTER PATERSON’ model. Finished in rich red and green with very nearly complete decorative transfers on both sides, ’MINIC lettering, shiny chrome and a working motor – this is a cherished and carefully handled Minic model and a must-have piece for your Minic collection!
In all original condition, with shiny chrome wheels, and smooth well-shaped original tyres. Working motor. Opening rear doors have caused minor marking at the hinge as one might expect.
Measures approx. 17.5 cms in length.
Colourfully illustrated, end flap card box looks bright and clean with a carefully repaired handling tear. Minor age wear besides.
