Notes
An attractive early French Dinky racing car in mid-green with smooth black tyres on red ridged wheels. Gloss black rivetted baseplate with Auto Union stamped. Correct that this post-war issue would have no driver. Racing number 1 in red circle on both sides.
A handsome example.
Original smooth tyres are well-shaped and have ‘M’ fr Meccano embossed. Sprinkling of marks to the original paint finish.
Would have been supplied from a shopkeeper’s trade box of six.
