Notes
An all original example of this popular Dinky model, issued between 1948-52. This is the first issue from 1948 presented in the earliest buff box, the model is marked ‘Supertoys’ on the base. Vivid red cab and chassis, fawn tank and silver flash, 20 mph sign at rear, tinplate ladders.
Virtually mint condition.
The buff box is sound with no splits. Vividly-coloured paper label. Rusty staples. Some scuffing and age wear but no splits or repairs.
