Issued for just one year (1949) , this French Dinky State Commander has a distinctive light metallic blue-green finish, silver trim and red cast wheels, smooth black tyres.
A beautiful finish (all original) with the occasional minor mark.
This model was never issued in its individual box but simply sold from a trade box by the Dinky shopkeeper.
