An exciting and completely unused Action Man Model ‘Talking Commander’.
With black painted hair, with non-gripping hands, although one is formed to hold a gun.
Dressed in a commando outfit, black boots, beret. Pistil and pistol holster. Metal dog tag connected to cord which when pulled ‘enables Action Man to speak’.
