Notes
An exciting and completely unused Action Man Model ‘Adventurer’.
With dark flock hair and beard, this is the version with gripping hands feature issued in 1973 (later this model would be introduced with ‘Eagle eyes’.
With hands that really grip, this Action Man could hold a rifle etc. and of course hold a rope as if climbing as illustrated on the box. Lots more play value!
This particular issue has dark flock hair and beard, a navy blue jumper, jeans and boots. Note too this Action Man model comes with one small plastic hand cover which makes it easier to dress and undress.
With all leaflets:
Colourful and exciting pictorial outer box has Action Man mountain climbing on a rope.
Bright illustrations. Light wear and remains of an old price label. Note the GOLDEN AWARD label from the National Association of Toy Retailers
