Issued between 1950-52, this model has a vivid red lustrous paint finish with perfect – very nearly perfect detailed transfers on both sides and above the cab roof.
Presents well:
The occasional little mark as you might expect at wheel arches/rear door handles etc. Minor rubbing the the small lettering immediately surrounding above the Royal Crest on one side.
Base is bright. Well-shaped tyres.
Minute inspection under magnification finds a couple of small wheel arch touch-ins.
The early powder blue box has a a complete and bright paper label. Little wear (mostly shelf rubbing to the underside and a couple of small punctures to the base. A few dot indentations nearby). Minor wear besides.
