Notes
A clean, fresh-looking example in so close to mint condition. Complete with skier, roof-rack, four yellow skis and four yellow poles.
With just a small mark behind one headlight and a little casting mark on a passenger door, this is a most attractive item with a perfect “1964 Olympic Winter Sports” transfer on the bonnet. Light green dashboard and rear seats, pale brown front seat and boot storage area. Model feature works well – i.e. the rear seats can be laid flat by operating the mechanism on the baseplate. Spring suspension is fine on shaped spun wheels.
The box is bright, crisp and fresh too.
Small puncture on a non-picture side.
One of the nicest examples of this popular Corgi model we have seen in quite a while.
Issued in its “Special Request” box during 1964-65.
