A First for QDT! Issued during 1965, this colourful and intact, plastic ‘Matchbox Fire Station’ is complete.
Bright and fresh-looking original labels, this attractive decorative item comes with the following boxed models:
1) 2 x No 9 Merryweather Marquis Fire Trucks with black plastic wheels, and gold roof ladder. Very near mint. Complete boxes have light wear. One has a carefully re-attached end flap.
2) No 14 Lomas Ambulance. Black plastic wheels. Small nick to transfer. Near mint plus. Nice box has very light wear only.
3) 59 Fire Chief’s Car, in vibrant red with white roof light and complete ‘Fire Chief’ labels. Black knobbly tyres. Complete and bright box has light wear and a tiny tear.
Large and colourfully illustrated end flap-style card picture box has a little age/handling wear. Shelf wear to underside.
