Dinky Toys 434 Bedford T.K. Crash Truck 'Auto Services'

A scarce version. Issued between 1966-70, this Bedford TK Truck has an all original metallic red cab (including the ribbed roof), and a pale grey back, red interior, scarlet red operating wheel, red plastic wheels. Silver metal hook. ‘Auto Services’ labels are complete on both sides.

With none of the usual roof rubs, this Bedford Truck is in fine condition. Small area of paint bubbling on one side (lower back edge). Just the occasional tiny mark besides.
The pictorial end flap box with a pale yellow background is clean and brightly-coloured. Often found heavily worn – this example has fared better than most. These later end flap boxes often suffer from extensive wear due to the comparatively flimsy nature of the card in relation to the weight of the truck enclosed inside. Tiny wear only.
