Notes
A rare find – this is the Maxwell (Milton) model of the Dinky 281 Luxury Coach*. Using the casting from the Dinky 281 model, this example has a cream and red finish with shaped spun wheels and black treaded tyres. Amber window glazing so giving the interior a deep yellow hue (white in reality as can be seen when viewed from underneath). With passengers.
Rivetted base.
Lacking the quality finish of its Dinky counterpart. Close to mint condition.
‘LUXURY COACH’ in black print is complete.
Complete and bright end flap card box has minor wear.
